Product Description

-20V to -250V small signal P-channel MOSFETs and 20 V to 600 V small signal N-channel MOSFETs for automotive, industrial, and consumer applications
Infineon offers a wide range of small signal and small power MOSFETs. These products are ideally suited for space-constrained automotive, industrial, and consumer applications such as battery protection, battery charging, LED lighting, load switches, DC-DC converters, level shifters, low-voltage drives, and many more.

The small signal MOSFETs portfolio is composed of small signal N-channel MOSFETS and small signal P-Channel MOSFETs which are also known as small signal pmos and small signal nmos. These small signal MOSFETs offer a wide range of drain-source on resistance (R(DS)on) values and voltage classes. Infineon’s small signal and small power transistors have a maximum power dissipation of 2 watts or less.

Small Signal/Small Power MOSFET Product Portfolio

Infineon’s range of small power and small signal MOSFETS come in a variety of low-profile packages including: SOT23, SOT223, SOT323, SOT363, SOT89, TSOP6, and SC59.

The product portfolio covers N-Channel and P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFETs, including -250v small signal MOSFETs to -20v small signal MOSFETs, as well as N-Channel depletion mode products:

  • -20V to -250V P-Channel enhancement mode (available in single and dual configurations)
  • 20V to 600V N-Channel enhancement mode (available in single and dual configurations)
  • -20V / 20V and -30V / 30V complementary (P + N-Channel) enhancement mode
  • 60V to 600V N-Channel depletion mode

Small Signal/Small Power MOSFET Applications

A wide selection of products in industry-standard, space saving ultra-small packages, together with low on-resistance, ensure the perfect fit for all design challenges. Infineon offers a wide portfolio of devices and ensures needed capacity to best address the needs of its customers.

With products qualified according to AEC Q101 automotive and JEDEC industrial standards, these small signal P-Channel MOSFETs and small signal N-Channel MOSFETs are ideal for automotive and other quality-critical applications. Additionally, easy microcontroller (MCU) interfacing contributes to reduced design complexity.
